By implementing the project, we wanted to include our school teachers and master trainers in the Women's Entrepreneurship in the Digital Age course so that they can learn how to teach entrepreneurship, how to create effective social media accounts, how to network on social media and how women can be empowered in business life. Leadership, defining leadership skills and types, explaining emotional intelligence and how to use it to empower women in business life, explaining the relationship between emotional intelligence, creativity, marketing, leadership, social media and entrepreneurship, creating awareness and creating a business plan to promote entrepreneurship among women We asked them to internalize concepts such as We also wanted to transfer the successful practices of European adult education and improve our language proficiency.
The first two groups that do not participate in employment in Turkey are illiterate women and women with higher education degrees. An application was made with our project called Ümraniye HEM in Europe to Support Women with Entrepreneurial Spirit in order to increase staff competence in women's entrepreneurship and language skills, to increase motivation in daily work, to add an international dimension to our institutional capacity, and to increase the entrepreneurship of women in our district.
