With the trainings organized in our institution, it was desired to ensure that adult immigrants achieve equal opportunities in education and society. In this direction, the main aim of our project is; It was to ensure the integration of adult immigrants into the education system, society and socio-cultural life through public education center courses. With the mobility we plan, these problems can be explained by our teachers' academic knowledge and communication skills on adult immigrant education. developed and resolved. In addition, it was requested to gain the necessary knowledge and experience in an institutional sense in order to serve individuals with different mother tongues and cultures by establishing communication in integrity. In this direction, our teachers; It was aimed to increase the skills of using education methods that will make adults active in education and teaching methods that will bring the individual face to face with the learning field, and to develop appropriate approaches for adults from different mother tongues and cultures. In addition, it was aimed to improve the skills of our educators to communicate effectively with immigrants and to provide better quality guidance and support services to immigrants institutionally.
Adult immigrants, our target audience, showed a distant attitude towards different cultures and institutions in the country where they are foreign. In the focus group meetings, where we evaluated our institutional inadequacies in cooperation with the management and education personnel in order to positively change the distant attitude of the immigrants, our education personnel also identified inadequacies regarding the problem on themselves. From the interview data we received, it was revealed that our activities were not organized to appeal to adult immigrants and could not attract their attention. In order for a smooth integration process to take place, the parents of immigrant children had to be included in the socio-cultural life and be able to achieve social harmony in a healthy way. For this, parents' belonging to the social life that they will adapt to should be strengthened. With our project, the competencies of our educators would improve and a corporate identity suitable for multiculturalism would be gained. Our starting point was for adult immigrants to adapt to the language and education system by attending our courses.
