With our project, it is aimed to create an EU awareness in adult education courses, to support our country in achieving EU targets and to improve the institutional capacities of our institutions. With the implementation of the project, it is aimed to support the personal development of the managers and trainers working in our institutions providing adult education and to increase the interest in such courses by establishing more productive relations with the trainees in employment-oriented courses. Which can be counted among the general objectives of our country and EU projects; • Ensuring that at least 15% of adults participate in lifelong learning, • Increasing the rate of foreign language learning, at least one foreign language in addition to the mother tongue of all EU citizens learning. • Our project supported the realization of goals such as increasing employability. Again with our project - - Developing communication skills; and gaining personal satisfaction knowing that you directly contribute to someone's change and development, and seeing your participant succeed as a result of your input also stand out as some of our special goals.
The most general purpose of this project has been determined as increasing the quality of adult education and increasing participation. As Sivas Directorate of National Education, our institution, which aims for total improvement in every field with the responsibility of being a local authority in education, has started to carry out various studies in recent years in order to increase the quality in our adult education institutions. Our determination to increase the participation rates in adult education and to make the course contents more efficient and effective in adult education, which we see lacking in our country's 2023 goals and our European Development Plan, and which we have taken steps to improve, is the starting point of this project. We are trying to support the educational activities, which we are trying to make more qualified with various projects and studies, with various mechanisms and to increase the rate of access to education in this way. In this project, which we have prepared with the aim of increasing the quality of the services provided in our adult education institutions and supporting the number of participants, one of our most important goals is to provide adult education personnel with mentoring trainings and to improve their relations with their trainees.
