The aims of our project are as follows: - Increasing the professional, linguistic and cultural competencies of the personnel of the institution - Our institution's acquisition of an education policy that covers regional needs - Acquiring sustainable international partnerships - Ensuring the visibility of our institution in Europe and raising awareness on both national and international platforms with its social responsibility activities.
Our institution is a public education center that offers educational activities to almost every segment of the society in many areas within the scope of adult lifelong learning activities. Our institution, which provides training activities with its competent personnel to meet a significant part of the adult education need in Bursa, is in sustainable cooperation with many educational institutions, non-governmental organizations and labor market representatives in our province. By combining the education needs of the society and the demands of the labor market, our institution turns education activities into concrete outputs by turning to educational content that provides benefits at the local level. At this point, our project has been prepared and implemented in order to meet the priority education needs of the dense refugee population in Bursa and to ensure their social integration. The organization of language learning, especially for women refugees in our province, constituted an important gap for our institution. It is aimed to facilitate Turkish education in order to ensure the social integration of women refugees and to support their employability.
