Objectives

Especially in recent years, zoning law changes and rapid development of living areas forced to return from individual to collective life as a result of this obligation emerged as a site in the form of residential areas and the rights of employees in these areas has been required to be regulated by law. Although the housekeepers have been expressed as doorman in the language of the public, they have been active in many business areas such as the housekeeper and the gardener when it comes to the place where the guard came when the place was not used in the confined activities. Keeping the common living spaces, which are the inevitable result of living on the sites, the hygiene rules brought by living together and the education of the housing officials on the social rules to be obeyed has become a compulsory necessity in ordering the collective life. The apartment staff working in these areas are also treated differently in their social lives to their families and children. We aim to defend the rights of the Housing Officer's family and children, to draw attention to disadvantaged people's places in business and social life and to realize our project to raise awareness with this issue. According to officials the number of apartment Turkey Statistical Institute data September 2017 stated as 49 583. It is observed that the number of the world is quite high. When we consider the number of families of the apartment staff, the figure reaches tremendous levels. As such, studies on this subject are essential. Our aims; *To inform janitors, apartment managers and occupants about their rights and responsibilities, *To prevent discrimination against janitors no to call them as ‘doorman’, *To raise awareness of Professional standards for janitors, *To prevent negative attitudes against janitors and their families in their social lives, *To raise awareness for people to respect janitors and their families in social areas, *To protect rights of janitors, * Due to the social status attributed to the apartment staff and their families, it is to draw attention to the problem that the children of apartment officials cannot develop themselves in an unequal environment and consequently fail to plan a healthy career process for the future. In addition to these goals, we have general goals. Developing individual skills by incorporating young people into active life, disseminating the Erasmus Plus Program, recognizing equal opportunities to disadvantaged groups, preventing discrimination, xenophobia and rejecting racism and providing cultural interaction between young people and local people.
