We will increase the awareness of unemployment in rural areas with the prevention of unemployment and entrepreneurship training in rural areas. During the training course, we will have experimental sessions with local young people. The main purpose of our project is:Aim of the training course is to support to tackle youth unemployment and foster the use of entrepreneurship as a tool for youth development in youth-work and especially as tool for activating inactive young people facing social, geographical and economic obstacles coming mainly from rural areas. Objectives : -to deepen participants' knowledge and understanding of entrepreneurship and acknowledge the options it provides for development of rural communities and young people in particular; - creating opportunities for youth entrepreneurs to develop entrepreneurial spirits in rural areas through informal training for a group of youth worker trainers to share their entrepreneurial experiences and good practices in rural areas and to prevent unemployment; - to create a training tool for young participants working in rural areas to combat unemployment through entrepreneurship training; - Encourage employment, develop and develop the entrepreneurial spirit among young people in local communities, to allow participants to exchange information about new ideas, approaches and different experiences about entrepreneurship in rural areas and to apply new non-formal education methods, to improve participants' education and entrepreneurship skills; - Providing specialized training as key actors in youth entrepreneurship, such as youth workers. -to improve the quality of activities targeting young people and reflect on new ways of delivering activities that result in improved self- and professional development of young people; -to enhance participants knowledge about Erasmus+ Programme and its Key Actions and to encourage participants to develop new project ideas and foster future cooperation under Erasmus+ Programme.
