To improve the quality of youth work, which is one of the objectives of the Erasmus + program in the youth field we offer non-formal learning opportunities to use the art of glass and raise the level of basic skills and competences of young people, including young people with fewer opportunities and we are planning a youth exchange in Manisa,Turkey then a youth workers mobility in Venice, Italy. We need an international framework for the purpose of introducing glass art to young people with disabilities. The Erasmus + program will provide us with this international framework that we need. Thus, young people with countries like Italy (Murano Glass) and Czech Republic (Bohemian Crystal), which are famous in glass art, will transfer good examples to cooperate with Lithuania, Croatia and Turkey. Our Local activities like: - educational projects (seminars, conferences, training, summer schools); - Intercultural projects (study visits, networking activities); - Research projects; - Competitions; - Increasing awareness campaigns will gain meaning with a youth exchange and youth workers' mobility. Our activities will lead us to introduce the art of glass to the disabled and to shape their feelings and dreams. The outputs of youth exchange that will be realized in Turkey will be transferred to youth workers' mobility then they will be able to move the outputs to their own countries. Youth workers' will be able to repair the Heart Breaks of disabled young people with Glass Art. The first mobility (Youth Exchange, A1)of our project will be implemented in Turkey with 30 participants, then dissemination activities will be realized at each partner country. The second mobility (Youth Workers' mobility, A2) will be implemented in Venice, Italy. Totally 20 youth workers(5 of them is the youth leaders who participated the Turkey Mobility with disabled young people on-site).Youth workers working with people with disabilities will come together in Venice to share their experiences and find common solutions. 30 participants will participate in A1 activity.50% of these participants are disabled people, and the other participants from Italy and the Czech Republic will pass on their knowledge of glass art to disabled people.20 youth workers working with disabilities will participate in A2 mobility and 5 of these participants will be youth leaders participating in A1 mobility. Our partners from the Czech Republic, Italy, Lithuania and Croatia will actively support at each stage, starting from the project writing phase. Two main complementary activities(The 1st activity is youth Exchange in Turkey and the second is youth workers' mobility in Italy) will be realized and then dissemination processes will be carried out in the participant's locals. Particularly the reason we chose our Italian partner in Venice, which is famous for the Art of Glass, is to enable our participants to observe this the glass art on-site and to use it for the inclusion of people with disabilities in their own countries. Likewise, our Czech partner is an association that can introduce the world-famous Bohemian crystal to other countries and spread the glass works learned from other countries in the local after both main activities. Our partners in Croatia and Lithuania are disability organizations that work directly with people with disabilities and know the characteristics of their disability groups and will act as bridges in introducing glass art to people with disabilities. As can be seen, all our partners are very important for our project and are of equal importance. We, as TYT group, We are amateur glass lovers and actively working in Salihli ENAD (Association of Disabled Families) .
