Objectives

Nature sports, which are carried out with the aim of exercising, getting to know nature, exploring natural beauty, and living a healthy life while doing so, have accessibility issues for economically disadvantaged individuals due to their higher costs compared to other types of sports. People who engage in sports release an endocrine hormone known as the "happiness hormone" in popular terms. This hormone makes individuals more positive and happy, leading to them becoming more energetic and calm. As a result, individuals who engage in sports are stronger in terms of their mental health. They are less inclined towards harmful habits like smoking and alcohol because they utilize oxygen correctly. Their skeletal structures strengthen, cholesterol levels do not rise, their bodies become more resilient, their metabolisms work faster, their immune systems strengthen, and in short, the quality of life for people who engage in sports improves. Furthermore, sports also help individuals socialize, increase their participation, and integrate into society more quickly. Nature sports contribute to the development of environmental awareness, which is particularly lacking in young people. Nature sports contribute to the recognition and protection of natural life. Nature sports are activities that provide people with the greatest sense of achievement and freedom through activities such as discovering new places, overcoming challenges, climbing mountains, and peaks. People experience their self-confidence at its highest level while engaging in sports in nature. All of these qualities represent a person's state when they test themselves as individuals in society, either succeeding and rising or failing and falling flat on their face. Those engaged in nature sports always succeed. GENERAL OBJECTIVE: To introduce alternative sports to young people, increase their access to these sports, cultivate an appreciation for nature and natural life, instill healthy living habits, and make them more resilient against harmful habits.
