It is a fact that the 21st century is the age of knowledge and that the possessor of knowledge will gain an important advantage over others. For this reason, the importance of reputation management trainings especially targeting young people is increasing. The youth work field is an ideal field of work, as it covers common education methods that can be used for these trainings and can reach large audiences. The promise to be said for our training course; It is the reputation management education that guides and even sheds light on its path. Thanks to our project, we will develop international cooperation by bringing together participants from 4 different countries and sharing experiences with good practices. Most importantly, we will develop and implement more systematic education strategies in the field of youth work by developing an international training on reputation management education for young people, developing an innovative model based on non-uniform training methods and expanding this with the contribution of our partners. Thus our project; It will contribute to the 2020 strategy of the European Union and the priorities of the Erasmus + Program, aiming at Europe's career management / entrepreneurship and sustainable development.
