There are many people in need of stem cells all over the world. However, the likelihood that the healthy stem cells required for the people in need will match the tissue of the patients is very low. In fact, according to the World Health Organization (WHO), 70% of people cannot find the stem cells they need from their own family. For this reason, a donation pool has been created that includes the tissue analysis of millions of donors and shares the data of all bone marrow banks in the world. Bone marrow screening for patients in need of stem cells is also done from this pool. Based on this information, donating stem cells and making them available to people in need requires international cooperation. At this point, with the youth exchange project called Stem Cell Alarm, it is aimed to experience stem cell donation awareness on our target audience in an international learning environment in the light of the questions of what is a stem cell, what does it do, why is it important for our body. Thus, in a common pool, the importance of an international problem has been emphasized internationally by going beyond our own group with an enthusiastic and willing target group that can contribute positively in the future. Being a donor, in the dictionary sense of the word, is not only a process that takes only 5 minutes a day and our body will recover within 3 months after donation, but it also means living with the happiness of a life saved. As long as a sufficient number of conscious people are reached, the importance of stem cell donation will spread to more people and the number of donors will definitely increase as a result. This Accordingly, one of the primary objectives of our project has been to seek solutions to the low donation rates in our partners' and participants' own countries or to share useful methods that are currently used and can increase stem cell donation. With the awareness created, our participants and our target audience will develop a natural reflex after the project and inform other people outside the project area about stem cell donation and at the same time ensure the sustainability of the project. On the other hand, our project will naturally serve Erasmus+ priorities to increase stem cell donation through a collaborative environment and teamwork spirit. Our project is under the umbrella of It is aimed to create an environment where cultural dialogue will be intensely realized by our participants coming from different countries. In this way, our participants will have the opportunity to get to know different languages, different traditions and customs. They have caught up with each other. In addition to this, the potential prejudices of our participants have been changed through one-to-one experience and they have naturally become profiles that stand against racism and discrimination, are conscious about minority rights and equality, empathize and adopt the concepts of European Society.
