Objectives

According to the Eurostat report of 07/2019, at the end of 2018, the youth unemployment rate in the EU stood at 14.8%, doubling or even more than the unemployment rate in other age categories. Young people have a lot of difficulties in finding a job. These range from lack of experience after completing their education to lack of employment in the field they were trained in. Entrepreneurship has always been considered an ideal form of employment and is becoming increasingly popular among young people, according to the 2018 Eurofound report. However, the main challenges for young people to enter entrepreneurship are the lack of financial resources (including knowledge for startups) to become entrepreneurs and start their own businesses, lack of support from the community, as well as a sense of instability and insecurity. In particular, young people with economic difficulties are forced to accept any job or remain unemployed for a long time. The problems of these young people; it manifests itself strongly in the case of starting a business, developing initiative, developing entrepreneurial skills and spirit. Against the background of climate change and the impact of the economy on the environment, young people need to develop their skills and see the advantages of establishing an environmentally responsible and at the same time sustainable business. Goals: - Developing the entrepreneurial skills of 30 young people aged 18-25 from 7 countries and their orientation towards green, sustainable and responsible business; - To increase the personal, professional and social development opportunities of 30 young people and to promote positive models among them; - Involve 30 youth participating in the mobility in the preparation and implementation of a campaign to promote environmentally responsible green behavior to entrepreneurs and youth; - To ensure social participation of 16 young people with economic barriers and limitations in youth exchange and to encourage the use of social entrepreneurship as a solution to overcome the opportunity constraints.
