It is a known fact that cartoons are an important cultural carrier, and they saw this in their academic screening in our youth group. The cartoon, which has entered our lives with shadow plays since the 19th century; It is a branch of art that teaches by entertaining with puppets, toys, paper-pencil, colored paints and applications made with recently developing technology. Today, with the development of technology, drawings and animations produced in the computer environment make the work of the cartoon industry easier. Cartoons are not only for children; It appeals to a wide audience from babies to adults. We observe that an individual born into technology is intertwined with cartoons since infancy. This situation is not without reason; Cartoons appeal to people's imagination and take them away from routine life, allowing them to reach a world like their dreams. E.g; Cartoons dominated by the 1990-2000 generation are generally European productions and have grown up with the social, cultural and psychological messages they contain. One of the reasons for our European partnership in our project is this effect. There are several influential cartoons made in Turkey recently and one of them is Pepee. Pepee is a cartoon with messages about family relations, respect for elders, important days and weeks in Turkey, friendship and brotherly love. However, domestic cartoons such as Pepee are limited in number in our country. Cartoon characters have a very important role in raising children who will form future generations. Because cartoon heroes are role models for children and their contribution to personal development is quite large. The most important aspect of our project is to provide an advantage to young people. First of all, they will learn how to make animation with the training they will receive during the project and they will have competence in this regard. Therefore, they will have created a new business area for themselves. Considering the youth unemployment rates in the world and in Turkey, one of the most important goals of this project is to provide a new employment area for the youth. The second is to produce cartoon elephants with quality and instructive content for children who will be the youth of the future. The things we will pay attention to while producing quality content are to emphasize addiction, peer bullying, nutritional disorders, the importance of social relations, environmental problems and love of nature, which have become a common problem today. This project, which will be a solution to the youth unemployment problem in Europe and Turkey, will reach many young unemployed by spreading with the support of the incoming participants. It will be a new opportunity and job opportunity for them. In addition, we will learn the situation of this sector in different countries by discussing the animations and cartoons of the participating countries in their own countries, the interest of children in them, the contents of these animations and their effects on children. One of our other goals is to learn how not only Turkey but also other European countries are doing in the production of cartoon content. By observing our differences and similarities, we aimed to raise each other's awareness on social life, culture, child development, cartoon production-content as participating countries. The other purpose of our project is to provide cultural interaction between the participating groups, to get to know people from different cultures and from different geographies, to bring together many young people from many countries, to increase their ability to work in harmony and within the organization, and to provide foreign language development.
