Our main goal in our project is to integrate young people into the society they live in and contribute to social cohesion. It was aimed to enable them to be present, to gain awareness of volunteering under the roof of civil society, to use volunteering awareness to advance democracy and society. Considering that volunteering is an important tool for young people to show that they can be successful in working life and social environments, with this project, young people can improve their social status by making use of social opportunities and use their free time to gain real life experiences by applications. So, we aimed to provide an opportunity for the volunteers which they can work in necessary sites to be volunteer and help to who is in needs, become a salutary member to the society we live in and introduce them to people who understand the essence of volunteering and share the vision of being helpful. The subjects and aims of our project are: • Teaching the youth to be a responsible member of society. • Universalize volunteer activities by the interactions of the participants as they work together for a shared objective. • To raise awareness of the participants about being beneficial to society without any compensation. • Enabling the participants to adopt the culture of cooperation and to exchange information about volunteering between different cultures. • Bringing EU values to the participants. • Informing participants about Erasmus projects. • Introducing Türkiye and Ankara. • Contributing to the personal development of the participants.
