The Maker movement is developing and supported by large companies with the collaboration of different experts around the world. Universities and high schools direct their studies in this field and open spaces. In schools, workshops are established where students can repair and invent. We can “produce’’ the technology, which has a great role in the development of countries, by increasing the engineering power of our country, preventing brain drain and becoming one of the world's largest economies. Maker training is a formation that gives the ability to produce in many different fields, especially in the field of technology, and encourages the development of local production instead of receiving external products and services. Unfortunately, this culture, which has rapidly spread throughout the world, has just begun to spread in our country and is far behind the EU. As Hands Shaping the Future, our starting point was this production culture, and a need arose to carry out a project at EU level in order to see examples of good practices from this culture, which is quite common in Europe, and to carry these works to our country through our partners in the EU. The aim of our project is to do it yourself using the creativity of young people! Our aim was to encourage the company to produce new products with its philosophy, to spread this culture and to contribute to increasing the employment rates in the technology and informatics sector in our country. Our goals for this purpose are; - 35 young people from 4 different countries were informed about the "Maker Culture" and their hand skills were developed. -The awareness of being individuals who produce, not consume, was instilled in the youth, and it was explained that they should produce it ourselves instead of buying it from outside. - 35 young people from 4 different institutions were provided with the opportunity to share and experience, which is the most nourishing thing for the Maker culture, with their peers in the international environment. - Young people were introduced to Erasmus+ and the opportunities it offers. -Local people were informed about the importance of producing at an early age and encouraged to develop local production. - Young people can express themselves better in social life, strengthen their creativity, develop problem solving and practical thinking skills. - The “Imagine-Design-Produce” Guide was created and young people were encouraged to take action by being inspired by this guide.
