First of all, we defined the needs related to the project topic in the partner countries and in the Europe. The researches completed for this project also focused on the good practices related to the project topic. In this line, we carried out interviews and survey studies on the target people, which have indicated us that in terms of adapting to the developments and changes of the century and producing information trainers working at adult education centers lack in implementing innovative teaching methods at a rate of 80%. Thus, by implementing this project studies and the project results, the project team wanted to: *conribute to the skills development of trainers working in adult education institutions by providing them with innovative methodologies. *help them acquire the knowledge equipment enriching learning activities *teach them the necessary knowledge and skills to support the solution mechanism in crisis management. *help them become more competent in creating the right learning activities for adult students by using technology and teaching according to their educational level and needs. In this line, partnership developed nr. 2 project results to be used to develop skills in crisis management
Throughout the world, due to the rapid changes in different fields such as economy, policy, technology and socio-culture various crises have broken out, which threatens the global, social and economic conditions. Especially, during the Covid-19 pandemie the anxiety of the society increased showing the lack of crisis management skills of the society. This has also proved us that adult education needs to imrpove the life skills which are developed during the school education, which is also underlined by the EU lifelong education policies. Therefore we applied for the MARS project in the field of adult education addressing to the following needs: * Inexperiences in crisis management, democratic perspective, critical approach, effective media literacy, organizational approach, life skills and temporary solutions * Need for determining the approaches focusing on the permanent solution of the problems and develop innovative strategies by continuing the fighting against the global crisis not with periodical efforts but with long-term measures. *Lack of creative thinking, problem solving ability, objective and bold decisions making skills. * Lack of adult training programmes in crisis management
