Through this project we wanted to achieve high quality mobility, job shadowing and observation in already identified expert partner organisations in: France, Spain, Greece and Croatia. Therefore, improving the impact of our work in terms of results for each beneficiary of an educational mobility path. An important part of this project was to make others benefit from the professional and personal skills developed. The main objective of this project was for the participants to gain new skills, confidence in their work and closer relationships with partners across Europe. Point Europa`s staff had the opportunity to bring new personal and professional skills to the rest of their teams and share with the local community and beyond. Accompanying and supporting people to acquire these tools is one of the focuses of Point Europa. The participants would (through this project), update their skills, develop new approaches and knowledge and increase the quality of their work. We also aimed to enable those taking part in this project through mobility to learn new skills and develop tools in promotion and support of European Volunteering.
Point Europa applied for this project in order to improve the skills of the Point Europa team through active participation in the teams of our partners. The aim of the project was to allow our staff to go more “in depth” to see best practices and share knowledge especially in relation to our partners working practices. Through previous KA1 projects we know the importance of job shadowing in other countries which in turn makes it possible to appropriate technical methods and know-how on the one hand, but also to create a common awareness and understanding, not only between individuals but also between organizations. The aim of Euro Rame was also to provide more depth to the team, more impact to our actions, more skills to employees in order to strive towards our key word: quality. This is done in line with the objectives and needs identified within the team: - improve professional skills with regards to mobility; - increase the awareness of participants and the understanding of other cultures and countries, - to build international networks and actively participate in society and develop citizenship and European identity. - Improve digital and communication skills - Intergenerational working and community engagement
