The main objectives of this project were set at application stage as follows: to strengthen the skills and the self-confidence of the trainers involved, making their role even more valuable for the organisation; to foster the personal development of the trainers involved in the activities; to improve the quality of activities carried out by the organisation through stronger skills and a proper transfer of knowledge; to introduce and consolidate staff and trainers training and mobility as a good practice for the growth of the organisation; to cover the lack of sharing competences and skills among organisations focused on the same fields of interest at different levels.
Over the last few years, the Applicant Organisation, Kosmo Strategio ltd., has initiated and implemented a series of four projects focused on international mobility, networking with other organisations, training of staff members, volunteers and trainers during different learning mobilities and activities, conceived to be useful to match their specific needs, especially in terms of professionalisation and personal development.
