The overall aim of the project is to empower young people to be part of the integration processes of migrants and refugees in their countries and introduce them to social entrepreneurship as a tool for that. The main objectives of the project proposal are: - To raise awareness among young people about refugee situation in Europe –challenges and perspectives - Promoting positive attitudes, solidarity and understanding for refugees and migrants - to introduce young people to the concept and practice of social entrepreneurship and encourage them to become change makers - Stimulate the civic participation of young people by encouraging them to be active in corresponding to social issues in Europe trough social entrepreneurship - Promote tolerance, mutual understanding and dialogue between young people of different nationalities. The exchange will young people a platform to discuss topics that are usually not tackled by formal education. Moreover, the most valuable results of the project will be the change in attitudes of youth about their own role - they will realize the power of non-formal education, active citizenship, social involvement, sense of initiative and entrepreneurship and the importance of not being ignorant, will promote responsibility towards the society. We would like to achieve changing attitudes in young people-as ost of youth believe refugee integration is only matter of government policies and civil society has no place in those issues, they do not realize that those issues are important for the future of Europe and other approaches can be used and multisectoral cooperation is needed with the participation of civil society. Thus we aim at achieving providing them with another point of view, at empowering them and providing them with a tool such as social entrepreneurship as an answer to important social issues.
