With TC Rainbow Mapping we wanted to explore advantages of subjectivity of maps as a tool for mutual understanding between majority and queer minority, inclusion and empowerment of queer youth. With this project we addressed the need of youth workers to learn efficient, accessible and innovative methodologies that help to build transferable skills. We also intended to provide them space and framework for personal growth and artistic expression as means to prevent burnout and enhance their motivation to work for the benefit of their target groups. Following objectives were outlined: - To support the professional development of those who work in education, training and youth with a view to innovating and improving the quality of teaching, training and youth work across Europe. - To facilitate personal development of the participants and their target groups. - To increase the capacities and international dimension of the partners and enable them to offer services that better respond to the needs of their target groups.
