The project also aimed to: - Enhance media literacy, critical thinking, and the sense of initiative among young people, improving their skills and employability. - Engage young people, particularly those who are harder to reach, promoting a long-term culture of inclusion for individuals with, or at risk of, poor mental health. - Foster international and multicultural cooperation, promoting diversity, tolerance, and respect for human rights and common values. - Raise cross-cultural awareness, addressing differences in cultural perspectives, and providing a more inclusive space. - Align with European Youth Goals, specifically Goal number 5: "Mental Health & Wellbeing." In summary, the project sought to raise mental health awareness and tools for increased wellbeing among young people while equipping them with digital video-making skills and fostering multicultural collaboration, aligning with the core principles and values of the Erasmus+ programme.
