We aimed to deliver a 13 week mobility work experience to 120 learners. To provide commercial work experience for participants in their chosen sector and increase hard & soft skill sets to advance career prospects and be more attractive to potential employers. Twin designed the content and length of the Mobility Placements to meet the career development aims of our Level 3 learners. To support cultural and linguistic development. Mobility Placements offered a transformational life experience for our learners, many of whom had limited opportunities to travel abroad. To develop and strengthen our partnerships with international employers. Twin already has excellent links with local and regional employers. Delivery of our project has enabled us to establish partnerships with employers within the target sectors in Spain, Portugal and Ireland. By continuing these relationships during the TE19 project, we have broadened our international scope, partnering with new host companies in new locations and developing sustainable and meaningful placements for our students. To provide international employment opportunities to our participants on programme completion. Enhancing Twin's qualifications with international work experience.
TTI has a track record of successfully delivering Erasmus+ programmes. We wished to deliver this project: To improve our delivery methods. To maximise learning opportunities for our learners. To strengthen & develop our international partnerships & develop TTI as an organisation. To further develop TTI’s international experience. To build new links and strengthened relationships with international Host Employers & European partners, building capacity of partners and participants. To further develop TTI’s internationalisation strategy through developing learners’ international experience, building a global outlook as they developed careers in identified sectors. To provide unique vocational development and career progression opportunities for our learners working towards Level 3 qualifications. To enhance our vocational provision through integration of Mobility Placements within our vocational courses to broaden the perspectives of both tutors and learners. To also broaden international expertise of our partners. To introduced European dimensions within the curricula of the courses linked to Mobility Placements. To share our results and increase visibility of the Erasmus+ programme to all partners and potential participants.
