The danger of being contaminated has also affected the way of teaching and switched it to online and blended learning/teaching. This situation resulted in a sudden and unexpected need for using specific, digital tools. What is more, a lot of foreign mobilities have been stopped due to hazardous conditions. Some of the most common challenges are mentioned below. Some of these problems are technical, and involve limitations of hardware or software, while others tend to be rooted in human nature or organizations: 1. The teachers are supposed to move their classes online right away having no additional training and extra budget. 2. Millions of people around the world are experiencing technical difficulties because of the high usage rate of online learning systems, video streaming software, & other digital tools. 3. It’s hard for teachers, students, and parents to start using a learning management system or any other digital tool out of nowhere without additional training. 4. Everybody, especially students face isolation - this rather psychological factor is still highly affecting students’ motivation and learning progress. 5. During the online lectures, it is hard to keep students engaged without a teacher’s physical presence and face-to-face contact. 6. Not understanding the psychology of teaching and learning and not understanding how teachers and students really work during LMS (Learning management System) creation is one of the cornerstone problems of the industry.
