Objectives

Education for inclusion project was implemented in Klaffer, Mühl-fun-viertel from 09.09. to 17.09.2022 by 8 partner organizations from Austria, Romania, Turkey, North Macedonia, Armenia, Italy, Greece and Lithuania. We selected the organizations after analyzing the learning needs and the level of interest and willing to implement this project together on each organization. The aim of the project was: developing the level of competence of youth workers in the use of non-formal methods for inclusion of young people from rural areas The project objectives were: 1. To develop the level of knowledge about non-formal learning methods that can be used to include young people in rural areas, among the youth workers from Austria, Romania, Italy, Turkey, Armenia, Lithuania and North Macedonia 2. To develop the level of abilities to facilitate non-formal learning methods that can be used to include young people from rural areas, among the youth workers project 3. To design and implement of the 7 nonformal learning methods to be used to include young people in the rural area by the youthworkers. We consider that all original objectives of the project were reached in 100% during the project, by all our activities that we realized. We consider that we achieved more than these objectives, by increasing the collaboration and communication in the group, that started to work as a team from the beginning, crossing all the linguistic, cultural and age barriers. Achieving the goals was the most important aspect that we have pursued. To that end, we considered it important to create and maintain a secure work environment and optimal group dynamics. We chosed relevant knowledge activities between participants and teambuilding activities. We used the "secret friend" game, where participants received positive feedback, encouragements, appreciations on the tickets that were gathered in the envelopes made by each. We had ensured that every evening we had interesting activities where participants were motivated to participate: 4 intercultural evenings, board game evening, dance evenings, camp fire, etc. All these had made a significant contribution to achieving the project goals.
