The objectives of the project were: 1. Improve the skills of youth workers working on the integration of young people with disabilities into the labor market, using appropriate tools and methods 2. Develop the knowledge of youth leaders to enable them to deal with the specific situations of young people with disabilities on the labor market by responding to their particular needs. 3. Provide participants with background information on potential opportunities for young people with disabilities in EU and worldwide programs 4. Provide the opportunity for facilitators to meet people with disabilities and understand their needs and expectations. We wanted, through this project, to raise awareness and provide keys to allow the integration of people with disabilities.
