A project to raise awareness and understand the dynamics around stereotypes and prejudices. Thanks to this project, young people should have the opportunity to ask themselves questions and to better understand and identify the different stereotypes and prejudices. We wanted to encourage young people to take initiatives but also tolerance, respect, group work, creativity and the joy of living together. Our priority objective was of course, the discovery of the other and their culture. The "common thread" objective of our exchange had to be to be able to understand the dynamics and have a critical opinion on stereotypes and prejudices, to do this, we had the idea of traveling to some regions of Belgium (a small country, with already a lot of regional stereotypes). These activities had to be experienced transversally by each of the participants. They had the dual objective of exchanging on culture and on the theme addressed, in order to allow each young person to reflect in an active way. Unfortunately, and as we will detail below, our post was unable to achieve its objectives because of COVID. We would also like to point out in the preamble that the project coordinator for Loryhan asbl is still to this day under a medical certificate, and was therefore unable to participate in the drafting of this report.
