The need to improve the quality and relevance of the skills and competences that young Europeans have have been recognised at both national and European level. Moreover, given the current situation in Europe, with high rates of youth unemployment and, in some cases, serious skills mismatches, it is urgent to address this issue. The participants practiced the knowledge and skills to activate more people ́s awareness of the importance and also a necessity of personal development a good team and a good leader to ensure a healthy company which can lead to a healthy community. We have tried to achieve long-lasting effects, create an active spirit and build future leaders who will hopefully inspire the formation of national and European policies on different kinds of topics. The participants used their new competencies and skills in their home organizations to support events, actions, presentations to enhance their performance. Another objective was to guide the participants in the direction of the numerous Erasmus+ Programs concerning personal development in the working environment. Our project was matching with many of the fundamental objectives of the Erasmus + program: • Providing soft skills to disadvantaged groups: Europe 2020 Strategy and its flagship initiatives, such as Youth on the Move and the Agenda for new skills and jobs. • Positioning disadvantaged youth in partner organisations: European policy agenda for growth, jobs, equity and social inclusion. • New cooperations between European organisations provides capacity development in topic.
