REASON / NEEDS AND PROBLEMS: The idea for the project comes about in a seminar within the 2019-2-BG01-KA105-062629 project, when young people (aged 15-24) from Bulgaria, Moldova and Serbia express the need for more knowledge in a feedback session and skills for: *forming a mindset based on a circular economy and environmental concern; *building entrepreneurship, adaptability and initiative as important elements of personal development; *building transversal skills through non-formal education good follow-up educational and prof essential realization. In an increasingly volatile and complex world, suddenly overwhelmed by the global pandemic of COVID-19, non-formal education could prepare young people to take on the challenges they face instead of being overcome. SUB-OBJECTIVES are to: *Form, through the methods of non-formal education, responsible attitude and self-awareness for nature conservation among young people, introducing them to the concept of the so-called “ecological footprint” of human activity in the environment; *Contribute to overcoming the risk of poverty, unemployment and marginalization of young people by developing transversal skills for entrepreneurship, initiative, communication, leadership, time management, critical thinking, adaptability and teamwork, applicable in their subsequent implementation; *Motivate young people, through examples of inspirational personalities and practices from the entrepreneurial ecosystem, towards the realization of future green initiatives and innovative ideas locally, emphasizing the importance of personal contribution; *Develop the 3/8 Youthpass Competencies: K6: Social and Civic Competences, K7: Sense of initiative and entrepreneurship, K8: Cultural awareness and expression; *Set up a network of contacts to share ideas, experiences and connectivity between young people from the EU, the Western Balkans and the Eastern Partnership.
