The exchange between the youths is an opportunity for establishing of new relationships, achieving of new skills and competences, which can be used as a ground for personal and professional development. The present project is focused on the future development of the social activity of Bulgarian and Romanian youths in regard with social rapprochement and civil affiliation. The context of the project is to enable young people to participate, to analyze, to promote equality of the opportunities and to provoke civil activity. Most of the Bulgarian and Romanian youths lives in cities, characterized by dynamic and active lifestyles, by flows of people and cultures. The experience of young people with different provenance can be both a barometer of cohesion and a critical source of information for informal and local practices, that shapes social inclusion in the condition of of increasing mobility and cultural changes. This project will respond to calls for creative and productive strategies, to keep young people active in order to live well, even with differences in their local communities, appreciating the common values. This project will identify how young people from different backgrounds creates and disseminates productive multicultural relationships in some of the most multicultural places in Bulgaria and Romania, and how it will give them a chance to compare their lifestyles and activities, will enable new activities to help them develop new skills and competences for defending their civil positions. The realization of the project will create the following possibilities: - to identify the strengths and challenges for the young people with different backgrounds, creating local affiliation ,incorporating civil practices and multicultural forms of citizenship; - to identify the omissions and relations between unformal and local practices for social inclusion and connectivity and official programs and policies for improvement and cohesion of the community and nationality; - to improve the function of some types civil areas and youth cultures among the practices of social inclusion of the young people; This project is an important part for youth society as a strengthen social policy and alternative approach, beyond the technologies, as a new way of managing of the super diversity. We could ask the following three questions: 1.To what extent public perception of young people in the community affects their progress? 2. Could the conscious approach to youth civil activities from different countries lead to positive results? 3. And should youth’s social life be revived with a new accent on the duty and ability of every individual citizen to understand and accept the cultural diversity as a process? Many researches shows that the modern youths are exposed without a precedent to a variety through the social media, school and peers, but our experience from the last year in Bulgaria give us a different perspective about how teenagers make sense of the world around them. Unlike previous generations, diversity and multiculturalism are embedded in the lives of today's urban youth. Now, the young people from different backgrounds in their culturally varied urban environment, as a routine, in their daily lives collide one another, negotiate and dispute ways for collaborative life and sharing of civil space. Interpretations could be done through empirical analyzes, in regard with the willingness of the youth communities to adapt to situations. The members of the community are more various in regard with their cultural and ethnical origin and in regard with the aims and ways of acceptance of the change. The official education and the labor market are crucial, but not the only important areas in the integration, especially when the focus of the discussion are the young people. They share, that there is often a lack of specific and continuous forms of multicultural leisure activities, as well as active participants of different ethnic origin. The main objectives of this project are: - to stimulate the youth engagement and develop a new skills and competences for participants in regard with defending of civil positions. - to increase the possibilities for establishing of relations between different communities in regard with participation of the young people in the social and public life for strengthen of their leadership abilities, no matter the background.
