Objectives

The NATURALIS project was created in response to the alarming statistics of the last a few years which shows that life on planet Earth will not be easy and long if people continue to live the way we do now. Society is a consumer. People strive to stand out with material gains and get they are overwhelmed with things they do not need. This way of thinking, of course, supports economy, and more goods are being produced globally. Consumers get the end product and don't think about the whole process, through which he passes to reach into their hands. Other users, though partially aware of the harm that the use of certain products (for example, plastic packaging) causes, believe to be "insignificant" and their small actions will not have a positive impact globally. All this leads to climate change, cataclysms, harmful foods, diseases, increase the birth of children with disabilities, starvation, death of animals and humans. To express our concern about this global problem and to show that we believe we do not we are “insignificant” and our small actions can have the effect we decided to we are organizing this international youth exchange under the Erasmus+ Program - Key Action 1, Youth Sector. The main goal of the project is to increase the ecological culture of young people and empathy to modern trends in the field of environmental protection and exchange of goods practices in Europe. • Exchange of good environmental practices from at least 3 different countries in Europe (Romania, Serbia and Bulgaria); • Encouraging the implementation of a variety of recycling, downcycling, waste minimization and waste-free living through practical workshops; • Promoting the idea of bio-farming - principles for sustainable design for Earth, per which creates systems in which human needs are fully met, and the balance with nature is preserved; • Sharing construction techniques with natural materials; • Promotion of the principles of sustainable development; • Encouraging an active and healthy lifestyle; • Intercultural exchange and learning; The first step to achieving the set goals is to bring 30 young people together in one place aged 18-26 and 3 group leaders aged 18+ from 3 countries of Europe. The method of work is learning by doing, with the focus on practical activities during which young people will acquire eco-orientated skills and knowledge. Sharing information and experience will be the focus of the work.
