The main aim of our seminar is to provide innovative and sustainable good practices to organizations working on youth voluntarism and youth participation, this by implicating youngsters in the process and relying on their initiatives and contributions in decision making. Our seminar contributes to the development of the quality of youth work by ensuring the involvement of young people, youth organizations in the development of their voluntary activities within the frame of the European Strategy for youth.
