Along with the refugee wave in Europe, the increased terrorist attacks and media propaganda create fears on Europeans for newcomers and lead to intolerance, rejection and even hatred and violence towards refugees. Numerous reports by human rights agencies and institutions, in particular those tackling refugees rights and situation, indicate a worrying increase in the rejection of refugees by a large proportion of Europeans. In the middle of such crisis and clashes the idea of "National Minorities: less in number, equal in rights" was born. Young people from 4 countries (Cyprus, Greece, Armenia and Egypt) shared common situation- there was widespread fear and hatred for refugees in their countries, which even escalated into violence. Moreover, not investing in human rights training and building tolerance risks increasing the chances of radicalizing young people in Europe. The project addressed two key priorities in the EU: Social inclusion of migrants and increasing the number of migrants entrepreneurs. The contribution of migrant entrepreneurs is becoming more widely recognized, however, that of female migrant entrepreneurs is mostly overlooked. Female migrants are also more likely to be unemployed than her male counterparts and have less opportunities for social inclusion. By supporting this under resourced sector, there is an opportunity to stimulate economic activity, contributing to economic growth, social and cultural integration across Europe. The opportunity to create resources and achieve outputs that support this largely untapped and under-resourced sector is why we applied for this project. Youth migrant entrepreneurs have built businesses and some have built empires, impacting across the global landscape. Often, the birth of these ventures are rooted in the need to survive. When migrating to the EU, this entrepreneurial spirit needs to be fostered, which is what we have sought to address through our project. Project specific objectives: The project's goal is to support migrant entrepreneurs by offering specialized and focused tools for entrepreneurship education that are based on best practical methodologies. 1) Provide entrepreneurship education actors, social inclusion actors with good practice on engaging with youth from minority groups and culturally appropriate and effective pedagogical techniques 2) Develop an innovative learning framework based on emotional intelligence in order to empower the confidence of migrants and provide them with the skills and knowledge needed to establish and successfully run their own business 3) Create an Knowledge exchange platform acting as a multi-dimensional, interactive learning hub and exchange platform for migrants and actors in social inclusion 4) Raising awareness of migration processes and highlighting of its benefits for Europe 5) Promoting tolerance, mutual understanding, respect solidarity and intercultural dialogue The refugee crisis that has erupted in recent years on Europe's eastern borders has created multiple problems in dealing with this primary humanitarian crisis. the EU and then NGOs assisted by the European Commission. It is worth noting that NGOs, in cooperation with the relevant EU education and culture services, proposed that the solution to the refugee problem be to integrate some migrants into European societies in accordance with European law, respect for human values and the diversity of each refugee. community from whatever country it comes from. The situation escalated after the wars in Afghanistan, Iraq and Syria, which aggravated the existing problem, but with the help of the EU Humanitarian Department, the UN and the help of volunteer groups, the issue tends to be overcome with the cooperation of all. of European peoples so that the integration of refugees results in their full integration into a society equal to a society of values. According to statistics from the EU and the UNHCR, the number of people fleeing persecution, conflict and violence is close to 80 million worldwide. Based on our experience, we addressed all these issues with the motivation of cultural training and integration of refugees in European society and set the following goals: -Integration and integration of young refugees and immigrants through social activities -Development of social acceptance through intercultural education -Positive attitude towards diversity and breaking down stereotypes in the context of respect for human rights -Awareness of the need for social justice and cohesion through the strengthening of voluntary actions -Exchange of good practices that contribute to constructive coexistence within a multicultural social fabric -Acceptance of different views, religions and cultures and through them the promotion of the idea of Peace and Brotherhood - Eliminate xenophobia, racism and develop the EU's linguistic diversity -Promoting through culture the integration of young participants with reduced opportunities in European society
