The goal of the project was to train youth workers and youth leaders who were directly working with young people from difficult backgrounds such as migrants, minorities, and marginalized youth, so that they could establish a stronger and more trustworthy connection with their target group. Through the training, participants aimed to broaden their empathy, improve their communication and conflict management skills, and gain an understanding of how community problems could be approached and solved through youth work activities. To reach our goal we had different objectives that we successfully and fully reached: O1. To familiarize youth workers with the 6 steps to inclusive conversations methodology and how to apply it in youth work. O2. To develop the inclusive communication skills of the youth workers, in order to raise intercultural awareness and understanding in 6 communities through this methodology. O3. To develop methods and techniques at the local and European levels in order to prevent and resolve inter-ethnic conflicts among young people with different cultural backgrounds.
