This project has set two main goals: to teach young people the virtue of Authenticity and the importance of Inclusion. When it comes to Authenticity, we believe that living an authentic life will increase the quality of a person's life: it helps prevent burn-outs, depression, and anxiety; it increases self-confidence, sense of purpose in life, etc. We realize that living an "authentic life" is not something you do once but rather it´s a journey that lasts a lifetime. Well, this project was an opportunity for some young people to start this journey. We provided them with methods, techniques, and experiences; we shared stories, laughs, and tears. And now, hopefully, they will keep building this skill set and inspire others to do the same. When it comes to Inclusion, more than half of our participants were young people with fewer opportunities, struggling with different obstacles. We devoted some time to story-sharing about the discrimination that happens in the world and we talked about the possible ways of changing the system to a more inclusive one.
