Objectives

Since a while, we have detected, and in that way several times we have been informed by different organizations, that there are a lot of people participating in Erasmus + projects, even organizing activities, but with the feeling of not having a clear idea about the opportunities they can use and how to reach them. When they begin to check the existing possibilities, especially the ones referred to the mobility and /or dialogue, the help over the learning processes that they could experiment, they discover loses opportunities word so far and hence they motivate themself to learn and to benefit from the program. We detect a lack of information and training referred to Erasmus+ program and the implementation of international projects as an educational development tool and value transmitters. Together with our partners, and specifying specific needs, we were aware of the need for this training course, which aimed to provide detailed and complete information on the different possibilities that E+ offers in the field of youth, focusing on Key Actions 1 and 3. Special emphasis was placed on the philosophy, framework and characteristics of the program for the development of quality projects. Beyond the lack of information itself, far too often there are difficulties in matching specific ideas and needs with actual opportunities provided by the Programme. Likewise, many organizations and promoters still have trouble in recognizing the long-term process of designing, applying for and managing quality projects. But above all, it’s necessary a mayor understanding about the project as a European values transmission tool and as a learning process supporter of the people involved. That’s why our training’s aim was to offer a practical and international learning experience that allows us to take active measures in the field of youth work and develop their skills and competencies in the creation of quality mobility/dialogue projects. Our objectives were: - To present the Erasmus+ Programme in the framework of European youth policies and strategies. - To explore the opportunities offered by the different sub-actions of KA1 and KA3 of Erasmus+, focusing on their ability as a vehicle to transmit the fundamental values common to our society and the impact in young people with fewer opportunities. - To stimulate the practice in the management of international projects. - To boost mobility and learning opportunities within the framework of Non-formal Education. - To enable participants to reflect on their learning and to learn more about Youthpass. - To offer the opportunity to meet potential international partners to develop future projects.
