Objectives

The project was designed to discover and introduce different, non-cash methods of living. As we believe that the secret to attaining significant social and environmental objectives is engaging with young people who are enthusiastic and open-minded. Young people's empowerment and encouragement are one of our top goals because they represent the generation with the greatest potential for a better future and societal well-being. During this project participants also explored non-formal education and its methods. They learned about the decision making process, habits, mental health, inclusion and exclusion, social constructs, eco approach & methods and more. We will explore ways to make the Earth a better place to live on and enjoy our lives at the same time. We found this part very important also due to the situation in the world that we are facing, both concerning climate change as well as the geopolitical situation. Especially the topics such as mental health, inclusion and social constructs were very needed to tackle. In the 'Eco sharing for a greener future' project, our goals were clear: to help participants understand the problems caused by excessive consumerism and show them better ways to live. We focused on empowering young individuals and youth workers, giving them the tools to make positive changes in their communities by promoting eco-friendly and socially responsible actions. Specidfcally: Increase awareness about Collaborative Consumption (CC) opportunities among beneficiaries. Encourage the use of CC tools in youth work, sharing best practices and equipping youth workers and young people with skills. Motivate engagement in social activities and community promotion of Collaborative Consumption. Encourage reflection on global challenges and develop solutions using CC approaches. Foster collaboration among local business, government, and NGOs. Support local startups and social entrepreneurs. Promote Erasmus+ and foster cooperation between EU and partner countries by building new partnerships. Advocate for diversity, intercultural exchange, tolerance, and solidarity. Our aim was to encourage creative thinking to solve big global issues like environmental problems and poverty. Collaboration was key—we wanted to bring together businesses, governments, and NGOs to work towards a sustainable future. Our project emphasized the importance of diversity, respect, and working together for a greener, fairer world. Ultimately, we aimed to pave the way for a more sustainable and compassionate society, especially in light of the challenges brought by the COVID-19 pandemic. The "Eco sharing for a greener future" project had several key goals: Awareness: Educate about the downsides of consumerism and offer solutions. Sustainable Living: Advocate for alternative, eco-friendly lifestyles. Youth Empowerment: Equip young individuals to drive positive change. Innovation: Encourage creative solutions to global issues using collaboration. Collaboration: Foster partnerships across sectors for sustainability. Diversity Promotion: Emphasize diversity, tolerance, and solidarity for a better world.
