We wanted to reach the following goals and initiate processes with YouPart Topic: Participation / youth / youth policy for our activities - Strengthen democracy and the principle of participation of children and young people in our (member) organizations, - increase the quality of the work of the participating (member) organizations, - enable exchange of experience of group leader up to organizational management on problems and questions on selected aspects of participation from the perspective of other countries, - enable the participants to get new impulses for the work on site, to expand knowledge and to acquire new skills, competences, - enable critical reflection of your own work under the motto: "How can we make our work more participatory, inclusive, diverse ... or international?", - show possibilities how participatory projects can improve cooperation between local governments and youth organizations and how mutual expectations can be adjusted, - involve policymakers to get structural support for the issue and stimulate the transfer of results to other areas, - develop a new self-check procedure for participation in youth work that gives our organizations a tool to improve the quality of work. Topic of international youth work - Strengthen and professionalise the international partner network with the partner regions from Poland (Pomerania), Czech Republic (South Moravia), France (Nouvelle-Aquitaine) to carry out further activities together in the future, - enable our organizations to work at European and international level, - the professional development of our organizations into experts about Europe - youth - participation, as well as in the field of international youth work - enable new international collaborations and projects
