Partners and participants want to develop this project to increase the capacity of organisations and their youth work in field of conlict transformation, resolution, peacemaking activities, promoting human rights and tolerance. As this is urgent need in partners communities and among their youth workers to learn new and innovative methods as theatrical methodologies to work with youth and promote the values of tolerane, social inclusion. The participants want to learn and develop their competances to support the youth at local level. Objectives: O1- Developing competences of participants in the field of human rights promotion and their respect, and protection, conflict transformation, peace building and intercultural dialogue O2- Promoting the role and importance of young people as positive activists in the building process anti-discrimination attitudes O3- Strengthening the role of young people and organizations in identifying and discussing counteracting violations of human rights O4- Bottom-up supporting of European Commission initiatives in the process of promoting attitudes and values relating to human rights and anti-discrimination O5- Developing competences of youth workers and youth leaders in the context fighting against manifestations of conflict and radicalism through the theatrical methodology O6- Strenghtening partnership between partners organisation and promoting the Erasmus+ programme and recognition of competition develop through the non-formal education with the YouthPass certificate Program and action goals: O6- Promotion of European values in accordance with art. 2 of the Treaty on European Union O7- Providing people working with young people with the competences and methods needed for communicate the common basic values of our society, in particular young people who are difficult to reach and the prevention of violent radicalization young people. O8- Promotion of diversity, solidarity, intercultural and interreligious dialogue, shared values freedom, tolerance and respect for human rights
