This project aimed to improve the quality of international youth exchanges through developing participants leadership and facilitation competence. Participants should become confident group leaders and comprehensive session facilitators who are involved in the whole project cycle of international youth exchanges. With this project they were equiped with a set of tools for the implementation of non-formal learning sessions in intercultural contexts. After the project participants felt more confidentn to work with minors and youth at risk groups. They gained a set of methods on how to increase active participation of young people including those with fewer opportunities. They were empowered to reflect their group leader's role in a self-aware sense. Another achivement of this project was the development of future cooperation projects that will enable participants to apply received learning. Participants were activly involved in afterwards activities that have been supported and mentored by the trainer team and partner organisations.
