Objectives

The project was aimed at youth, members of international organizations, volunteers of the partner organizations and applicant organizations, or other youngsters, aged between 18-30, who were either already active in their community life, or were interested in becoming a mentor and gaining soft skills. The main objectives of Key Action 1 are connected with providing opportunities for individuals to improve their skills, enhance their employability and gain cultural awareness. We reached these goals during our youth exchange by workshops on soft skills, which automatically raised the level of participants’ competitiveness on the labor market and by diverse intercultural groups: they met representatives from 6 countries and discovered new cultures for themselves. More precisely, the objectives were: Promote mentoring as a very effective form of support system and teach who is a real mentor Develop soft skills in order to raise the qualifications of mentors such as leadership, problem solving, self-motivation, time management, communicative non-verbal skills, intercultural education Raise the level of active participation of young people Promote the opportunities of the Erasmus + Program Build partnerships and create new projects on national and international levels Improve communicating in a foreign language: language skills Create a universal brochure for people who want to become a Mentor
