Objectives

In a world so globalized and with a tendency to live on the edge of stress and with limited time each day that passes in our lives, many times it becomes very difficult for us to carry out a minimal sports practice that brings us all the undoubted benefits physical, mental and social that any human being needs, as demonstrated. It is also true that the world of the professional or amateur athlete has evolved a lot in recent years, experiencing a technical specialization that has led to a doubling of personal technicalization efforts beyond practicing sports in their sports and technical centers, reaching an increase in his sporting and technical activity to his personal life and more specifically to his homes. Although it is true that these obvious facts have been fulfilled exponentially during the last 8 years, it has been reaffirmed with the current global health emergency in the form of a pandemic and that has resulted in the days of confinement and cancellations of sporting events due to the coronavirus pandemic are providing a rare closeness to a few professional athletes with citizens, especially younger ones, and creating in them stimuli that go beyond the practice of sports, focusing this attention on future possibilities of new niches for sports market around digital media. So analyzing these contexts, we can assure that sport moves tens of thousands of people and millions a year, and each year more, despite the last economic crises suffered. Hence, a real boom is taking place among the sectors and companies that thrive on sports activity, especially in elite sports - soccer, basketball, Formula 1 and tennis - but also in the most modest and everything that is move around. With this exchange, we intend to make visible a reality unknown to many young people in the face of the lack of job opportunities that present themselves in today's society and which will be increased by the current global pandemic experienced by COVID 19 and which will bring more youth job insecurity if possible. and lack of opportunities, therefore we understand that it will cover this series of needs: - Make visible the benefits of sports practice in society - Lack of job opportunities and empowerment of the youth population. - Value the sports experience acquired by certain young people and transfer it to the generation of sports job opportunities through digital resources. - Stimulate and promote healthy habits in the population with less time and motivation resources prone to not practicing sport. - Implement learning through digital tools. Having detected these needs, we set ourselves the following general objectives that would provide answers to them: - Learn about sports practice in its wide disciplines and the physical, mental and social benefits it brings. - Increase the employment opportunities of our young people in relation to the new digital sports niches. - Live an experience of European mobility and promote the ERASMUS + programs. Specific objectives: - Know, analyze and promote the use of adaptable digital resources to practice sports and create new professional niches. - Provide digital resources and tools to the partner entities of the exchange to improve their daily activities and actions. - Create synergies between different young Europeans who favor sports and increase the generation of job opportunities. All these objectives are in full agreement with the erasmus + objectives when it comes to supporting learners in acquiring learning outcomes (knowledge, skills and competencies) with a view to improving their personal development, their participation as active citizens in society and their employability in the European labor market and outside he; reinforcing synergies and transitions between formal education, non-formal education, vocational training, employment and entrepreneurship; and having the possibility of being in contact with new sources of employment, which will allow them to improve employability and improve career prospects.
