"I think it is essential that the things we do reach people", who has not asked this question when wanting to disseminate the results of a project or action? How do you we do? Any new idea? Contests, mannequin challenge, tweet, post, GitHub, Streaming, do we take a selfie? If I send a press release, why don't they publish it? As the amount of content on the network increases at an exponential rate, our inability to absorb more data also grows. It has been a while since the threshold of exposure and assimilation of new information has been exceeded. In 2013 figures, the information created per day on the Internet is: 3.5 billion Facebook posts, 100,000 hours of video are uploaded to YouTube, 500,000 articles are written in WordPress, 800,000 new web pages are created and 293.760 million emails are sent electronic. This is only for one day, in addition we should add the number of magazines, newspapers and paper books that are published, plus the news and TV and radio programs that are broadcast. What does all this translate to? What do we do wrong when we confuse “clicking” with reading !!! According to our point of view when presenting this TC, it is the user, who receives the information, the true filter where they will evaluate the quality and suitability of said publication. - First, and perhaps the most important assessment, is quality. How many times the post we publish has an attractive headline but nevertheless the content leaves much to be desired, or is it a remix, or does it simply echo another publication. - Secondly, suitability. Before sharing we must think about who our recipients are. If we are members of an Erasmus + project and we want to create a community Regarding the content that we publish on our blog or group, we have to take into account several things: 1. That the information is relevant to them 2. That adds value 3. That is related to our brand 4. That it is updated However, the data show a very different vision than it should be. We are voracious consumers of headlines, but not of contenders. We scanned the posts for key phrases, bold and underlined, but we don't read. All this to reach the conclusion that each time the entities and youth workers who present and develop projects within the framework of ERASMUS + find it more difficult to reach that target audience that we highlight in each project and achieve the impact on them expected because simply "the information market" is oversaturated and it is very difficult to get out of the "usual" line without having to apply large doses of effort and creativity if we intend to reach the desired audience because the next-door neighbor simply does the same thing as we. With this TC we do not intend to say that we are going to give the participant the key to absolute success so that they can approve a project based on the implementation of the results and the desired impact, no, far from it, but if at least they are clear about the differentiation between the different types of audiences to which it must reach and, above all, and most importantly, that it is aware of the importance of the dissemination of the results of a project and the care and quality that it must put in achieving a Useful product for those who are going to use it based on results obtained, understanding that public financing is an investment that society offers us and for which it hopes to obtain the revenue of improving its community and not because the framework of a European program requires it in order to apply a project. OBJECTIVES OF THE TC: - Implement the quality of the dissemination plans of our projects. - Achieve projects with dissemination of results and successful products. - Provide resources and dissemination tools for youth workers. SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES: - Understand, devise and develop a good dissemination plan - Contextualize each situation, theme and target audience that we want to reach. - Analyze the balance between our results and products and among the target audience we want to get to know the value platform more thoroughly. The objectives of the TC could not be more in line with the priorities of the program since any project financed by the EU has to have the largest possible target audience in order to benefit from its results, tools and products and to build a stronger EU, committed and with a feeling of healthy European citizenship. NEEDS to cover: - Provide the youth worker with useful and effective information on the optimal target audience difference adapted to the topic that they develop in their projects and activities. - Prepare a battery of good practices for the dissemination campaigns of Erasmus + projects - Learn to design quality dissemination plans. - Know effective dissemination tools.
