For this we will use strategies such as read Start-up, canvas, SWOT ... Why this project? This project arises after analyzing the current social and economic situation that the coronavirus has caused and the drastic consequences that this entails for the youth population, which, if it already had a huge shortage of opportunities, will now have to redouble efforts and improve entrepreneurial skills that Help them not only to direct their lives towards a job opportunity, but to something more complicated, to help the economy of their countries. The European business fabric is made up of entrepreneurs. How can we not worry about the entrepreneurial competition of our young people if 59% of Spanish companies are self-employed and 39% are companies with less than 10 employees, this makes a total of 98%. The Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM) is the world's largest network on entrepreneurship that requires support and training for the young entrepreneur. Take in the fact that most entrepreneurs are motivated by opportunities rather than by needs. Looking for a better situation and increasing their independence or income. Being the average of the entrepreneur of 25 years. But, when these new business ideas meet reality, the vast majority do not survive. Mainly due to lack of entrepreneur training. In the current context, many unemployed young women start out of necessity, without taking into account the key factors when starting a business. We propose a strengthening of the necessary transversal and entrepreneurial skills in the current context of high youth unemployment and rapid changes related to the complexity of economies and societies. As stated in the Education Bulletin of the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport of March 25, 2018. Promoting an exchange between the agents participating in the project (partner entities, participants, countries and communities of origin, etc.) in favor of the innovation, collective work, the fight against youth unemployment, feeding creativity and proactive and innovative thoughts, essential in crisis situations. In which we understand that it will allow to provide young people with better conditions, increasing their ability to find and create more opportunities that allow them to enter the labor market. To satisfy these needs, we propose the following objectives: -Strengthen the level of transversal competences and fundamental skills to undertake. - Encourage entrepreneurship, allowing them to become aware of the current situation and their own ability to cope with it. - Promote an active attitude with an international dimension in their projects, exchanging the concerns of youth, the role of youth in the world of work and youth organizations as examples of brands and entities that know how to give added value to the work they carry out . -Understand and enhance the importance of promoting the value of an idea, brand or initiative, through good positioning and providing key tools such as social and technical skills, in dynamics collected from good self-employment strategies for it . -Cultural exchange, where they can learn about the culture of the different participating countries, a greater knowledge will serve to fight stereotypes and create cultural bridges between the participants. Our project is within the priority objectives of the European Political Agenda and the Erasmus + program, fighting the increasing levels of youth unemployment, one of the most urgent issues for European governments, becoming a key factor in the fight against social exclusion, and emphasizing the objectives and priorities of the Erasmus + program, such as actions to introduce young victims of marginalization to the workplace, promoting youth initiative projects. This project has been planned taking into account all the organizations and their know-how, so there are workshops and activities that will be carried out by the participants of the partner organizations.
