Objectives

In recent years, Europe has experienced an increase in the number of unemployed young people. This void is the result of skills mismatch and lack of job opportunities. The high youth unemployment present in Europe is also the result of the lack of coherence between education and employment. One of our most pressing problems is early school leaving. Youth who excel in the creative arts, such as musicians, do not always excel in the formal educational system. The formal education system does not always reflect the needs of the labor market or the needs of the individual. For this reason, we are producing robots, which have to fit the system, and those that don't fit will feel 'unwanted' and 'failed' in the system. Creativity can be a good tool to achieve prosperity in our communities. According to neuroscience, music is considered among the elements that cause the most pleasure in life. It releases dopamine in the brain and has a huge emotional connection, therefore learning is much more powerful when you create experiences that generate dopamine and emotions. Thus, it seems that using music associated with training is not a bad idea. But, in addition, music offers us another opportunity and that is to generate anchors. All these musical anchors are involuntary. In addition, collective musical practice allows musical groups to be a laboratory for constructive participation of all their members towards the realization of goals and ideals. The artistic result as a paradigm of social achievement makes the contributions of its members relevant, while creating needs and opportunities for development. In the process of achieving the goals, the two-way vision is combined, individual vs group, assimilating the dynamics for a democratic and inclusive society, which finds the balance between individual, group, social and cultural needs. The aim of this project is to bring together young people and youth workers to discover the importance of increasing employment in the cultural sector through creativity, recognition of the performing arts as main subjects and educational tools. It is intended to create a new generation of young people with open minds, willing to work for the well-being of the people of their territory and cooperate in the spirit of tolerance and association with other nations, as well as favor the favorable conditions for the development of a creative youth. and energetic that has an active attitude towards civil society.
