In the current social context and uncertainty in the labour market and other areas of young people's lives, REACT "Resilience and Active Community Transformation" aims was to develop the resilience of young Europeans. By facilitating activities that fostered young people's empowerment and self-awareness and their ability to learn how to manage different crisis situations, REACT offered an environment of self-reflection and skills development that fosters the ability to cope with adversities by focusing on the promotion of teamwork, promotion of autonomy and choice, personal development, self-awareness processes, emotional management, etc. Over a period of 7 days, 45 participants from 6 European countries shared experiences and knowledge around the concept of resilience and the importance of its adequate development for life. Through various non-formal learning tools they were able to improve their communication skills and learn different ways of being resilient. In addition, they were able to pass on the knowledge acquired in their respective local communities through the design and presentation of a solidarity project to the European Corps programme.
