This practical training that Journey to Sustainability has presented had as main intention to share its long and rich experience managing youth exchanges, youth workers training, European volunteering (EVS and ETUC) solidarity projects and Strategic Partnerships in the framework of Erasmus + and European Solidarity Corps with people who had little training or want to expand their knowledge on this topic. The objectives set for this project have been the following: - To help people active in the youth field to know all the opportunities offered by the Erasmus Plus program and the European Solidarity Corps; - To increase the reflection of youth workers on their own values, beliefs, attitudes and behaviors; - To develop the capacity to manage a European mobility project from its different angles; - To foster contacts between potential partners of European projects; - That each participant finishes the training with a written application and contacts with enough partners to be able to present a project with guarantees; - Support entities and individuals who for various reasons have less access to information and knowledge, which allows the exploitation of E+ and ESC opportunities;
