The aim of this project was to work on two main themes, so that the participants would learn and improve their competences in both subjects. On the one hand, the environment. On the other hand, video making. Learning about the environment is very relevant nowadays. So, the project aimed on the one hand to raise the participants' awareness, on the other hand to learn about the main environmental problems in some depth, on the other hand to investigate environmental conflicts in their region, and after analysing problems and their causes and consequences, to see what is being done and what can be done, both collectively and on a daily basis. Regarding video making, communication today is more visual and digital than ever before. So having certain basic notions when it comes to filming (planning, handling the camera both technically and aesthetically, etc.) is useful both on an individual and, potentially, professional level. In this field, the idea was to provide very basic and simple notions, adapted to a group that didn't need to have any previous knowledge, more to transmit the passion for filming and that they can continue learning than for them to leave the project with real knowledge, partly because there wasn't enough time. Thus, after a first part where both themes were dealt with separately, in the second part of the mobility, sessions combining both themes were carried out, culminating in the production of videos in different formats (visual poem, mock documentary or fiction video) and with different themes, some of them being environmental themes. A series of additional general objectives have also been established. - To get to know the local environment and culture - Cultural exchange - To establish human and interpersonal links. - Develop soft skills such as public speaking, speaking other languages (especially English), living with and adapting to other people, time management, leadership, etc.
