In the middle of mountains in Suances, Cantabria, Spain, 18 youth workers and young leaders (18-35 years old) coming from 5 different countries (Spain, Croatia, Italy, Greece and Poland) with different backgrounds, cultures and religions, gathered from 6/09/2021 to 10/09/2021 with one same aim – to tackle with one of the biggest problems which Europe and the world is facing in the last few years - youth unemployment. The main aim of the 5 day TC was to tackle youth unemployment problems, inform, motivate and enable youth workers to work on the topic in their countries, as well as equip them with experience, knowledge and skills to easily involve on labour market. The project targets youth workers who are working or want to start working on youth employment projects within their organizations. The main objectives of the TC was: - to reflect on unemployment situation of youth in Europe; - to train youth workers and develop their skills and knowledge in this field; - to promote youth’s involvement in voluntary work; - to encourage the creation of future projects within Youth in Action Programme, which will target unemployed youngsters
