The transnational exchange of young people "Rural Voices of Europe" aims at enabling facilitators, young people and activity leaders in an international youth work and in Erasmus + projects to design, facilitate, debrief and reflect on non-formal learning processes and group dynamics. This event will improve the entrepreneurial skills of the youngsters, as well as give the opportunity to share different points of view and experiences, learning from each other about life in cities and the rural world in different countries. Through non-formal education methods, participants will increase their business, social and cultural skills. They will participate in activities that they will enrich their soft skills and prepare them to take the step towards better world. In addition, the entrepreneurship part will also be immersed in all the different cultures that will be present in the exchange and many will learn new knowledge and experiences. This exchange of knowledge and opinions will have an important impact at the socio-economic level, since young people will apply what they have learned once back in their countries of origin, being able to do their bit to fight to stop depopulation in rural areas; modernizing them and increasing their level of young entrepreneurs and the use of new technologies and non-formal education methods.
