Objectives

This project has enabled young people from five countries to share various aspects of their culture as well as various traditional games as a promotion of a multicultural understanding closely related to their personal and social development. It has also provided an opportunity for participants to learn about themselves and other cultures beyond cultural, social or language barriers. In addition, issues such as intercultural dialogue, multiculturalism and mutual understanding have been addressed and needs such as the encouragement and participation in international projects of young people with fewer opportunities have been addressed, especially those living in rural areas, in order to learn about diversity, improve understanding of other cultures and develop social skills and good practices. The specific objectives of this project were: 1. To promote intercultural dialogue and mutual understanding between young people from different countries. 2. Strengthening knowledge and acceptance of diversity and tolerance in society. 3. Give the opportunity to identify common values with people from different countries despite their cultural differences. 4. To increase awareness among participants of other cultures and countries by providing them with the opportunity to build networks of international contacts. 5. Promote the inclusion and active participation of young people with fewer opportunities. 6. Publicise the Erasmus+ programme and the opportunities it offers to young people.
