One of the most common situations when a person finishes his/her volunteering project abroad and returns to his/her country is to ask him/herself: what now? Almost everyone has a strong motivation to continue working, to continue contributing to the community, now in their country, but without disconnecting from that international environment, from the European construction and perspective that is so engaging. And this would be ideal for the transforming personal experiences that the program gives the option to live to go beyond the people who do their volunteering, reaching communities and encouraging others to undertake their own experiences. The Small-scale Partnerships allow the youth themselves, with their ways of working, to implement actions of their interest and that address specific challenges and problems faced by their communities, but from an international work together with young people from other countries. That is why this training course was aimed at empowering young people to explore the possibilities of establishing an international association and preparing projects for Small-scale Partnerships. For this we set the following objectives: - Present the Erasmus + program within the framework of European youth policies and strategies, focusing on Small-scale Partnerships. - Encourage that people who complete their European volunteering projects use the knowledge acquired to promote international initiatives at the local level. - Create a meeting point for potential partners who wish to develop Small-scale Partnerships within Erasmus +. - Explore the added value of the European dimension and international cooperation of youth initiatives at the local level. - Facilitate the acquisition by the participants of communication skills, teamwork and project management of international activities and networking. - Develop specific proposals for future projects of Small-scale Partnerships.
